This week's question is:
"What is the one bookish thing you would love to have, no matter the cost?"
Wow! What a great question! Being a fan of historical romance, I have long coveted the beautiful library, or study, often described in those kinds of books. Floor-to-ceiling shelves in dark, rich woods, so tall it requires one of those rolling ladders to circumvent the room. Of course this library would be complete with a roaring fireplace and super comfy overstuffed furniture with chenile throws to cuddle up with as I delve into a good read, and perhaps one large window that would gaze out over serene picturesque landscape. And we can't forget the warm spots of mood lighting with strategically placed pot lights and lamps that would hightlight beautiful landscaped paintings of the rolling hills of Tuscany for ambience. What would be on my shelves? Historical biographies, medical journals, books on travel locations, LOTS of romance novels, an abundance of paranormal, and a whole section of childrens books. Yeah, I haven't thought about this at all! haha
Dream number two? I would like to run my own publishing company someday and give other writers a chance to share their work with the world!! What can I say? I dream big!
