EPISODE 3 – The Arena of Fear

  SCENE 1 – PRISON CELL | CLOUDY MORNING

  Cold morning light slips through a narrow crack in the stone wall. Leon is curled up in a damp corner of the cell. Chains clink softly as he moves. He’s sweating, eyes red, confused.

  NARRATOR

  In the silence of an unfamiliar prison, a young man marked by a painful transformation struggles to understand who he truly is…

  The iron door bursts open. Two soldiers enter. One carries a tray of strange food and a bottle filled with dark liquid.

  SOLDIER 1

  Breakfast time, freak.

  Leon looks at the tray, nauseated. The smell makes him turn away.

  LEON (weak)

  I’m not eating that…

  One of the soldiers throws a dark outfit at him.

  SOLDIER 2

  You’ll need this. It can take a beating—and stretch with those… “changes” of yours.

  They leave. The door slams shut. Leon stares at the wall as screams and laughter echo from outside.

  LEON (irritated)

  How is anyone supposed to sleep with all this noise?

  He lies back down in the corner. Exhaustion slowly overtakes him. His eyes close.

  SCENE 2 – SPIRITUAL REALM | DREAM

  A blinding light appears. Leon finds himself standing before Jesus. He’s trembling—angry, exhausted, in pain.

  LEON (shouting)

  Who are you really? I thought the Spirit of God lived in me—not a demon!

  I… I killed someone! That’s not who I am!

  He gasps for air. Tears fall. Jesus watches him with compassion.

  JESUS (calm)

  This is what I showed you the first time. What the universe has become…

  Jesus’ voice echoes as the scene shifts. Images appear of the warrior Leon killed—kneeling before the ruins of his home, broken and desperate.

  JESUS (V.O.)

  That warrior lost his sanity because of what the Krizardians did to his planet.

  He carried the guilt of failing to protect his family. He was ready to end his own life…

  But corrupted men convinced him to train, to seek revenge.

  He killed innocents, lived for pleasure, destroyed villages, and forgot the Creator.

  The vision fades back to Leon, still crying.

  JESUS

  When God takes a life, you cry out for justice…

  But when you must dirty your own hands, everything changes, doesn’t it?

  This isn’t God’s fault, Leon. It’s the weight of choices.

  Jesus places a gentle hand over Leon’s chest.

  JESUS

  Trust me. Tomorrow, I’ll send you help.

  There are people who work for me… without knowing it.

  And remember—I'm counting on you to change hearts.

  Jesus disappears in light. Leon wakes abruptly, eyes wide open.

  SCENE 3 – ARENA HEADQUARTERS | MORNING

  Soldiers shout. Iron doors are violently thrown open.

  SOLDIER

  EVERYONE ON YOUR FEET! TONIGHT IS A SPECIAL NIGHT IN THE ARENA!

  Leon stands slowly, wearing the new black outfit. He looks at the other prisoners lining up beside him.

  WARRIOR TRAINER

  Tonight is a night of spectacle!

  King Aris the Krizardian and his generals will be watching!

  And… his son will enter the arena to slaughter ten of you!

  He grins cruelly.

  WARRIOR TRAINER

  You might as well prepare your souls!

  The prisoners tense. Leon turns to the warrior beside him.

  LEON

  Who is Aris’ son? Is he strong?

  WARRIOR (grim)

  You… you really don’t know?

  Where are you from? Pray to your God… and hope he never says your name.

  A pause. The trainer raises his voice.

  WARRIOR TRAINER

  The first name chosen… LEON!

  LEON (sarcastic)

  Of course… I knew it.

  More names are called. The ten selected are taken back to their cells. Night slowly approaches.

  SCENE 4 – CENTRAL ARENA | NIGHT

  The stadium is packed. Crowds roar. Krizardian banners wave violently. The ten fighters are dragged to the center of the arena, surrounded by blue torches. Leon’s eyes widen.

  High above, a young man with imposing presence—red hair and flaming eyes—stands with arms crossed: Aris’ Son.

  ARIS’ SON (cruel smile)

  You already know you’re going to die…

  But don’t panic. Give it your best.

  I don’t want this to end quickly. I want to… have fun.

  The warriors exchange looks. One of them shouts.

  WARRIOR 1

  Come on! This is a matter of honor!

  They rush forward together—but before the first blow lands—

  SCENE 5 – MYSTERIOUS EXPLOSION

  A violent explosion of light and dust engulfs the arena. A hooded figure appears through the smoke—it’s Lee. He activates a device on the ground.

  One by one, the warriors—including Leon—are pulled downward through a hidden passage.

  The smoke clears. The crowd falls silent. Aris’ Son looks around, confused. The organizer rushes forward, panicked.

  ORGANIZER (muttering furiously)

  What… where did he go?! Damn it…

  I have to keep appearances…

  He forces a smile and turns to the crowd.

  ORGANIZER

  It seems we’re experiencing a slight delay in tonight’s spectacle!

  Please, remain calm!

  The crowd murmurs impatiently.

  SCENE 6 – ARENA UNDERGROUND

  Lee removes his hood. Leon lies on the ground, coughing, disoriented.

  LEON

  You… why did you save me?

  Lee looks at him seriously but doesn’t answer. He simply extends his hand.

  LEE

  You weren’t meant to die there.

  The mission is only beginning.

  The camera closes in on Leon’s face. He takes a deep breath. Closes his eyes.

  FADE OUT.
