Shenron Pa's deep voice echoed, "Your wish has been granted. Please state your third wish!"
A beam of white light enveloped the area, and in an instant, Raditz materialized before Jiang .
"Aspara, is that really you?"
As the light subsided, Raditz, disoriented, sed his surroundings. When his eyes nded on Jiang , they lit up with excitement.
"It's me, Raditz!" Jiang smiled and nodded.
"You're alive after all!"
For a fleeting moment, the usually stoic Raditz couldn't suppress his emotions. A flicker of excitement crossed his fabsp;
"I got lucky and mao escape," Jiang replied calmly. "Raditz, wait a moment. I'll take you to see Gine Oba San soon."
"My mother... she's alive too?" Raditz's excitement grew, his voice trembling slightly. The destru of P Vegeta had left him burdened with immense grief a, though he rarely expressed it. Now, hearing that both Jiang and his mother were safe filled him with joy.
Though eager to speak further, Jiang 's gesture urged him to hold off. Raditz's gaze shifted, and he finally noticed the massive Pa t above them in the sky. His eyes widened in shock as he processed the sight. His pupils tracted violently in disbelief.
"Sed Elder, my third wish is to acquire the trainihod for the Yardratian Teleportation Teique. Is it possible to obtain this?" Jiang pondered for a moment before making his request.
"Uood," the Sed Elder nodded and reyed the wish in Namekian.
"I am sorry, but this wish ot be graeiques like Teleportation require a pce imbued with divine spiritual energy to be learhe trainihod ot be transmitted," Shenron Pa's voice carried a tone ret.
Jiang sighed, shaking his head. He had anticipated this possibility.
Teleportation, or Instant Transmission, was a rare ability in the Dragon Ball universe. Aside from the unique inhabitants of P Yardrat and the attendants of the Supreme Kais, only four individuals had ever mastered it: Goku, Cell, Buu, aa.
Goku aa lear directly o Yardrat, yet her taught it to others. Cell's usage was tied to his ied Saiyan DNA, particurly Goku's cells, as part of his role ioryline. Buu, being a primordial demon with godlike power, could mimic teiques effortlessly after witnessing them.
It was clear Shenron could not grant this wish. If ay could, it would be the Super Shenron.
"Sed Elder, I'll modify my third wish. Please request the coordinates of P Yardrat instead," Jiang altered his wish after a brief moment of thought.
"That is a simple request," the Sed Elder nodded and reyed the wish.
"This wish is granted," Shenron Pa's glowing red eyes fshed. A beam of light desded upon Jiang , and the precise coordinates of P Yardrat etched themselves into his mind.
"Your wishes have been fulfilled," Shenron Pa decred before the dragon balls began to rise into the sky, dispersing to their dormant states.
Jiang ched his fists, a satisfied smile f on his lips. The path to mastering Teleportation was now within his grasp. Meanwhile, Raditz stood frozen, still processing the surreal of events unfolding before him.
As Jiang 's words fell, the thick clouds in the sky dissipated, and Pa's massive form transformed into seven glowing orbs that shot off in different dires.
"Huuh!" Jiang opened his eyes, exhaling a long breath of relief. A faint smile appeared on his face.
Now that he had the coordinates of P Yardrat, he could go there anytime he wanted. P Yardrat wasn't just home to the Instant Transmission teique; it was a treasure trove of mystical and powerful skills— essentially divine abilities. The thought of mastering sucredible teiques filled Jiang with excitement.
"Let's go! Gine Oba San must have finished preparing the food by now," Jiang said with a smile, inhaling deeply to calm his excitement.
"Oh, alright!" Raditz snapped out of his dazed state, casting anoward the horizon before nodding quickly.
After bidding farewell to the Sed Elder and the Namekians, Jiang took off into the sky with Raditz close behind.
As the two flew side by side, Raditz's expression grew more flicted. He opened his mouth several times as though to speak, but hesitated, which Jiang found amusing.
"Raditz, if you have questions, just ask," Jiang said with a grin.
"Aspara, what was that thing earlier?" Raditz finally couldn't hold back. " it really grant any wish?"
"Not quite," Jiang replied, shaking his head in amusement. "That was Shenron. It grant wishes, but only withiain limits."
"Really?" Raditz's initial disappoi at Jiang 's first answer quickly turned iement at the sed part. His eyes lit up with hope.
"Raditz, don't get your hopes up. It's unlikely you'd ever be able to use it," Jiang said, p cold water on Raditz's enthusiasm.
"Why not?" Raditz asked, visibly flustered.
"Because you have a strong evil aura around you," Jiang expined with a shrug. "The Namekians are a peaceful race. They wouldn't allow someone like you to use their dragon balls."
He then added with a chuckle, "And don't even think about causing trouble for the Namekians. Here's a warning for you: quite a few Namekians have battle powers exceeding 5,000. The stro one has a battle power of 18,000."
"18,000?!" Raditz's eyes widened in disbelief. "You've got to be kidding! How could a Namekian reach 18,000?"
To Raditz, that number was absurd. Kia's power level had barely exceeded 10,000, and even his father had only approached that level. The idea that a Namekian could have a battle power of 18,000 was almost unthinkable to him.
"Nothing is impossible," Jiang replied with a slight shake of his head. "We've arrived."
As he spoke, he desded gracefully to the ground, and Raditz quickly followed.
Ihe house, Gine seemed to sense someone's arrival. She opehe door, intending to greet them, but the moment her eyes fell on the person standing outside, her expression lit up with pure joy.
"Raditz!" Gine called out iement, rushing forward to embrace him tightly.
Raditz instinctively tried to resist but soon gave in and rexed in her arms. "Mom..." he murmured softly, his voice tinged with emotion, and his expression softened.
After all, Raditz was still just a young boy in his early teens—not yet the hardened warrior seen at the start of the Dragon Ball saga. His time spent with Jiang had gradually tempered his personality, making him more posed. Even two years of living under Vegeta's and hadn't uhat ge.
Jiang smiled at the reunion, choosing not to disturb the heartfelt moment. Quietly, he slipped away into his own room.
As time passed, Raditz's arrival brought even more happio Gine, her smiles being more frequent and radiant.
For Raditz, however, his jouro Namek was nothing short of overwhelming. First, there was Shenron Pa, theonishing battle powers of the Namekians, and now the reunion with his mother.
But the surprises didn't stop there. When Raditz learhat Jiang 's battle power had reached a staggering 15,000, it left him utterly dumbfounded.
At that point, his mind was a plete whirlwind of disbelief.
