Chapter 55: Alchemist Green 3

"You want me to help you? This amount of money isn't enough," Green reminded.

"No! Teacher, I don't need you to help me. On the contrary, I should be the one protecting you. I can take care of these punks with one hand," Kenley grinned, then positioned himself in front of Green, facing the thieves from a distance.

"Interesting." Green narrowed her eyes slightly. This little guy was intriguing. She was curious to see how Kenley planned to protect her.

"Don't get yourself killed," Green said, then casually pulled her hat back over her head, as if the chaos outside had nothing to do with her.

However, Green secretly left a small gap in her hat, observing everything that was happening in the store. Through the small gap, she clearly saw that the leader of the thieves was hiding behind the group, in a state of Stealth. She wanted to see how Kenley would handle the hidden thief.

"You're quite bold! Soon we'll dig your brain out and fill it with my shit, so you can die properly!" The thieves burst into laughter, completely forgetting that two of their teammates had already died in the first encounter.

In their eyes, Kenley's earlier success was just a stroke of luck. They believed they still had the advantage in numbers and didn't think Kenley stood a chance.

The key point was that their leader had gone into Stealth. The pathetic guy probably wouldn't even know how he was going to die.

"I suggest you take a good look around. Do you notice anyone missing?" one of the thieves, on the right, said with a grin, hinting at the missing leader.

Kenley glanced at the door."Oh, you're right. There's one person missing. I'm so scared now, I'm done for. Hurry up, you idiots, I'm waiting for you to come dig my brain out."

Kenley spoke with no fear at all, obviously mocking them.

"You're asking for death!" One of the thieves immediately rolled and, enraged, tried to close the distance to Kenley.

Foolish! A flash of coldness crossed Kenley's eyes. To show his Roll ability in front of the enemy like that was unbelievably reckless. Although the cooldown for Roll was only two seconds, that short cooldown could be fatal in combat!

"Teacher Green, do you think I'm going to lose?" Kenley said, then swung his sword forward.

Earlier, there were enough enemies—six in total—so Kenley had taken the opportunity to eliminate two. Now, only four remained, which was perfect for Kenley's kill range.

However, the arrogant leader didn't realize that he had the Ring of Life, a tracking item, and he was unaware that Kenley could clearly control his position in his view.

Kenley had Charge Level 2, Sweep Level 2, and Vertical Slash Level 2. Don't underestimate these basic skills—they were often the most core output abilities in combat.

"I can't see you winning..." Before Green could finish her sentence, her eyes widened in surprise as she witnessed the following:

  "Sweep! Level 2!"

Kenley's sword moved like a phantom, and after the first slash, it was immediately followed by the second. What sword style was this?! Green was astonished. Her experience was vast—having seen many warriors, from nobles to commoners, since opening her shop in the imperial city. She had encountered countless types of swordsmanship.

But this? This was the first time she had seen anything like it.

Kenley swung both swords simultaneously, and the thief attempted to block. Although the first sword was deflected, the powerful force immediately sent his weapon flying, and the second sword followed!

The thief's head dropped to the ground! The two remaining thieves were stunned—was this person human or a ghost?

Kenley inwardly sneered. They were surprised by this? The real surprise was yet to come. Do you know why the Honor Paladin is considered an overpowered existence? Is it because PvP disables cooldowns for Dual Strike? It's because when combined with the warrior class, it's like having a double attack, which is an incredibly powerful skill!

Immediately, Kenley charged again, perfectly landing the charge on the stunned thief. Overwhelmed by his surprise, the thief had forgotten to defend. Another swing of Kenley's sword pierced his heart! The thief's HP was instantly depleted!(Thieves already have low HP growth, and under the precision of a fine-quality weapon, they can easily be taken out in one hit.)

Kenley didn't even glance at the fallen thief; he turned and delivered another Vertical Slash!

The last thief was truly afraid now. Although he reacted in time and swung his weapon to block, his swordsmanship was no match for Kenley's, which seemed to leave behind a phantom afterimage!

It was as if with the first swing, a second sword immediately followed!

"Ah!" A scream echoed, and this thief was once again slain by Kenley!

However, just as Green thought Kenley's killing spree was over, something even more shocking happened!

  "Charge!" Kenley moved again!

"This is impossible!" Green screamed inwardly.

How could he have another charge ready?! Green's eyes widened, and her mouth slightly opened. This was the first time in years that she had been so repeatedly shocked.

The most critical part was that Kenley was charging toward the Stealthy leader! How did he know where he was?

"Blunt Strike!" Once again, Kenley swung, leaving behind a trail of afterimages. The sword handle rose twice, then fell twice!

Although the leader of the thieves had prepared for the attack, the Blunt Strike had a break-effect!

The thief leader's defenses were shattered. How could he have anticipated that this warrior would be so absurdly powerful?

Boom! Boom! The leader of the thieves was knocked out cold. Kenley kicked the thief's weapon aside and swiftly lifted his sword to the leader's neck!

  The battle was over!

Clean! Swift! Accurate! Deadly! Shocked—still shocked! Green's pupils were dilated.

The most astonishing thing was that Kenley gave the impression that he hadn't moved an inch the entire time. Although Charge was a movement skill, the sensation of instantaneous travel was so fast that it felt like moving from one spot to another in an instant—it was frighteningly fast! In under 3 seconds of combat, the four thieves hadn't even had time to react before they were completely defeated!

It was like watching a master at work! Yes, a master! A warrior from the Black Iron Tribe, yet the way he fought gave the illusion of watching a hero in action!

Who exactly was this new apprentice? How could he have such skills? Who was his warrior teacher? All these questions made Green incredibly curious about Kenley!

Her usual lazy demeanor was gone, replaced by an alert posture. For the first time in ages, she sat up straight and took a genuine interest in something. She no longer appeared indifferent, nor was she disinterested in everything around her as she had been before.

Yes, this new apprentice was too astonishing, too intriguing. She wanted to understand Kenley's true identity, and she was also eager to ask him where he had learned those techniques.

"Tell me, who sent you?" Kenley flicked the thief leader's chin with his sword and asked coldly.
